See What Our Students Are Saying...

"Life lessons I carry with me ..."

"You taught me how to push myself, how to never give up even when things are hard, how to have respect for other people and myself, and you taught me that I should always just be me."

"It's almost like the studio is magic. When I walk in, I am unapologetically me, and I can let my guard down. You really have created something special--a refuge for kids who are afraid to express themselves."

"I wouldn't be the same if it wasn't for you. Not only have you taught me how to dance, you made me have an extremely strong work ethic which I can use in the real world."

"Through dancing you have taught me that the most important thing isn't always what you want to become, and that sometimes it is ok to just be.  I learned to enjoy the procession of movement across the floor instead of worrying about just getting to the other side."

"Under your careful gaze and meticulous instruction, I remember feeling that I was finally being taken seriously by an adult I respected.  I cared about myself because you cared about me."

"Ms. Donielle:  You are the most perfect and rare breed of an individual.  Your true grit truly showed years ago when you decided to take on the role of raising us on your own, and molded us into amazing young dancers.  Thank you for allowing me to be weird, awkward, and funny all the while you whooped me into shape."
