​Ms. Donielle Bailey Horst (Director)
Donielle Bailey Horst’s multimodal approach to her Fine Arts practice as Educator, Choreographer, Writer, Entrepreneur, and Movement Practitioner is supported by dual MFA degrees in Choreography (Jacksonville University, Phi Kappa Phi) & Creative Writing (Arcadia University with Distinction). As Educator & Choreographer, Donielle is the Resident Guest Choreographer and Professor of Ballet, Jazz, & Modern at Messiah University. She has lectured at Jacksonville University, The Institute of Classical & Modern Dance in Mumbai, India, Alvernia University’s Communications Department, and the 2025 Lancaster Learns Conference, presenting her Practice-based-Research, “Unlocking the Unknown Via a Methodology of Play.” As Writer, Donielle’s short story, “Watch Over Me,” was published in Isele Magazine’s online September 2023 issue. As Entrepreneur, she is Proprietor of the Horizons Dance Conservatory (18 years) where her heuristic approach to teaching is centered upon her lived experience. As Movement Practitioner, Donielle’s Pilates Reformer and Mat Certifications perpetuate her love of Contrology. Ms. Regina Byrne (Assistant Director)
Regina currently attends West Chester University and is pursuing her BSEd in Secondary English Education with a Minor in Dance. She is the Captain and a member of the West Chester University Dance Team. Regina choreographs and performs biannually with the University Dance Company (UDC). She represented UDC at the 2024 American College Dance Association. We are proud to say that Regina is an alumnus of Horizons Dance Conservatory and excited to announce her as the Assistant Director of Horizons Dance Conservatory!
Ms. Sarah Edris (Instructor)
Sarah is a recent graduate of Kutztown University with a BA in Anthropology and a Minor in Pennsylvania German Studies. The current Event Coordinator and Museum Registrar for the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center, Sarah recently presented her work, “Being Dutch: PA German Art & Expressive Culture,” at Kutztown University's Human Diversity Conference. She has studied dance for 19 years with a primary focus on Ballet & Pointe. Sarah choreographs solo works and continues to successfully compete at numerous dance competitions. A former Horizons’ dancer and teaching intern, we are thrilled to have Sarah once again share her talents with us!
Ms. Yesenia Munoz (Jr. Instructor)
Yesenia attends West Chester University where she is pursuing her BS in Business and a Minor in Dance. She is a member of the West Chester University Dance Team. Her choreography was showcased at the National High School Dance Festival in Pittsburgh and opened the Outstanding Student Choreography Show. Yesenia holds numerous titles at dance competitions, which include On Point, True Dance, Headliners, Industry, Starquest, etc. She graduated from the Lehigh Valley Charter School and has trained at Horizons since the age of three. We are thrilled to welcome Yesenia to the Horizons’ staff!
