Ms. Donielle Bailey Horst (Director)
The Proprietor of Horizons Dance Conservatory for the past 17 years, Donielle is currently pursuing her MFA in Choreography at Jacksonville University. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing with Distinction from Arcadia University and a BFA in Modern Dance Performance with Honors from The University of the Arts. Donielle was a Lecturer at Alvernia University in the Communications Department and she works on the Ballet Faculty at Messiah University. Performance credits include The Meeting House Thriller at The Allenberry Playhouse and repertory pieces with Ronen Koresh. Donielle’s short story, “Watch Over Me,” was published in Isele Magazine’s online September 2023 issue. She judges dance competitions throughout the US & is PowerHouse Pilates and NESTA Sport Yoga certified. View her current research practice at doniellebaileyhorst.foliotek.me.
Ms. Regina Byrne
Regina currently attends West Chester University and is pursuing her BSEd in Secondary English Education with a Minor in Dance. She is a member and acting Treasurer of the West Chester University Dance Team. Regina performs biannually with the University Dance Company (UDC). She represented UDC at the 2024 American College Dance Association. We are proud to say that Regina is an alumnus of Horizons Dance Conservatory!
Ms. Sarah Edris
Sarah is a recent graduate of Kutztown University with a BA in Anthropology and a Minor in Pennsylvania German Studies. The current Event Coordinator and Museum Registrar for the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center, Sarah recently presented her work, “Being Dutch: PA German Art & Expressive Culture,” at Kutztown University's Human Diversity Conference. She has studied dance for 19 years with a primary focus on Ballet & Pointe. Sarah choreographs solo works and continues to successfully compete at numerous dance competitions. A former Horizons’ dancer and teaching intern, we are thrilled to have Sarah once again share her talents with us!
Ms. Abigail Sabatucci
Abigail currently attends Alvernia University where she is pursuing her BA in History on the Pre-law track. She is a member of the Alvernia University Dance Team. As a former Horizons’ dancer, Abigail holds the titles of 2023 Senior Miss Headliners and Senior Miss True Dance Challenge. She has studied dance since the age of three. A huge thank you to Abigail for joining the Horizons’ staff this season!
